1357 4th Street North

This Fargo home was designed in the spring of 2021 as an entry into a competition hosted by Marvin Windows. The project was completed in only a few weeks, created as a new home for my professor using his list of required rooms and amenities while utilizing Marvin Window assets.

A family-sized tribute to the compact home ideal, 1357 4th Street North plays host to a master class in design: a 4 bed, 1.5 bath open concept house that sits just squarely under 1,600 square feet. This home features the beautiful Marvin windows, which give the sleek design a fresh, bright outlook.
